Mike’s Auto Wash started with a simple idea shared over coffee between two Mike's: create a car wash that delivers the best of everything. That meant great washes, state-of-the-art and reliable equipment, high-quality wash chemicals that truly remove road grime, and customer-focused amenities that keep people coming back.
That idea became reality in 2013, when two Mike's purchased a vacant lot on the south side of Cranbrook, BC. After a year of planning, permits, and research, construction began in July 2014. By the fall of that year, Mike’s Auto Wash opened its first location, featuring two indoor touchless wash bays and one outdoor self-serve bay.
In 2019, Mike expanded the business by purchasing a vacant lot on the north side of Cranbrook. Following another year of planning and preparation, construction began in 2020. The north location opened in 2022 and includes two indoor touchless wash bays and two outdoor self-serve wash bays.
Continuing that growth, in the fall of 2024 Mike acquired an existing two-bay indoor self-serve car wash in Marysville, BC. Renovations began in spring 2025, converting one bay into a touchless wash and upgrading the second self-serve bay. Plans are also underway to add two outdoor self-serve wash bays, with construction scheduled to begin in spring 2026.
